Manufacturing Capabilities Compumeric manufactures precision metal products used in many diverse applications and industries. At the heart of our fabrication processes are our computer-controlled turret punch presses and press brakes. These machines allow us to make highly precise parts in low to moderate volumes with minimal lead times for programming and tooling. We also have a full complement of other equipment to round out our manufacturing capabilities.
We utilize SolidWorks 3-D Modeling software for all our design work to insure that a finished product will fit together and function as intended before fabrication even begins! We use the Made2Manage software application, an excellent ERP system, to manage every aspect of the business from order entry through accounts receivable.
Our manufacturing expertise goes far beyond “making parts”. We design and manufacture our own proprietary products from start to finish. For telecommunications applications, we maintain an inventory based on prior usage and kit parts into groups to simplify the installation task. For aerospace customers, we maintain lot traceability with full material certifications for every material and component used on a job order. For customers in various industries, we do full turn-key contract manufacturing so they can focus on other aspects of their businesses.
